Toy Story Theme

A Toy Story themed birthday party for a son or daughter would definitely be fun for the whole family. These movies are entertaining to kids, but also have relatable humor and a heart-warming story that parents can enjoy – why they’re such a success. You see it all the time, kids mimicking reality with toy soldiers taking control of a battleground, or helping barbie redecorate her dream home. With their imaginations running this wild, it’s possible your daughter has an inkling her veterinarian barbie can actually work on the family dog if he ever gets sick. Or if she has a doll with a striking resemblenace to Chucky, she may swear the doll roams around the room at night. So to reinforce positive mental health, and to spare your child a few nightmares, planning a party around a movie like Toy Story would cause him/her to associate toys with the friendly, light-hearted characters they see in the movie. You could host this event outside if the weather permits, or,ideally, you could host it inside in front of the big screen so they can watch the movie. A Toy Story marathon might be a little too much, but playing it in the background might give them something to do if the party starts to drag. Plus, by now they’ve probably already seen the movie dozens of times, so they might get restless having to watch it again.

Of course kids would love to have something to take home after a good party. Party hats, cupcake stands, candles, balloons and other items will have your kid carrying full-length conversations with Woody action figures in hopes he might respond. Don’t worry though, he wont. That is unless he has a pull-string, then it’s ok.
